We will be more than happy to do this for you.
 
Send us an email with your full name, address and contact details, purchase date, together with the model number & serial number of the product and a brief description of your requirement. i.e service or repair  and a description of the problem if any, to our service centre below:
 

We will promptly confirm your service or returns number and will arrange to have the unit collected by our courier company within 48 hours.
 
We will then inspect the appliance and send you an email to advise you of our findings, and confirm whther any charges are due, and if so what they are.
 
On receipt of your agreement, we will repair and return your applicance, normally within 5 working days.
